We have had the pleasure of working with Kristen Pell during the purchase of our home.  The nature of both of our jobs require us to travel frequently with very little downtime to research and conduct “go-sees”.  I initially contacted Kristen in the early spring of 2012 and told her that by years end we were looking to purchase in the Southwest Florida region.  I expected her response to be similar to all of the other realtors we had previously contacted: “call me when you are ready”.  To the contrary it wasn’t!  Without overwhelming us, Kristen frequently sent us listings to review/reject/save.  Eventually, we set a date to “look”.  Kristen cleared her calendar and devoted an entire weekend and showed us as many homes as we wanted to see as she spent the day surviving off of Powerbars and water!  Six months after initially contacting Kristen, we completed our purchase.  Throughout the entire process we trusted her judgment as she without failure made our first home-buying experience a personable one.
